Triple Threat Training provides the opportunity for all participants to train with our qualified coaches. They have a wide variety of experience, knowledge and skills to develop your child into a full-round athlete both on and off the court!

All instructors are experienced basketball coaches and cumulatively have coached and/or instructed thousands of student-athletes. The environment is fun, positive, interactive, inspiring, instructive and challenging! We focus on building self- confidence regardless of athleticism, skill level gender or age.

T³LAB Creator

T³LAB is a youth basketball instructional organization for school age girls & boys at all skill levels. The class will focus on Basketball I.Q., Fundamentals & Skill Development thru interchangeable drills and games to challenge the individual. The clinics will have fun drills and innovative ways to teach fundamental skills for the beginner and challenge the more experienced player allowing continuous growth. T³LAB is a great opportunity to maintain or start a healthy & active lifestyle for those who are looking to get active and develop a foundation to getting fit in a fun, structured and supportive environment. We also focus on coordination, agility, leadership, confidence and positive sportsmanship.

Our family has been working with Coach Holden and T3LAB for over a year. We originally met her at a game where she was refereeing. During the game she gave pointers and encouraged all players to do their best. Last year we reached out to T3LAB and participated in at-home sessions. Coach Holden was flexible in working with our schedule and adjusted lessons to fit the specific needs of each one of my kids. My son started T3Lab with Coach Holden last year around the 5th session. He was in kindergarten at Sandy Ridge at time. We have been playing with I9 Sports since he was 3. He has learned more with Coach Holden 1 day a week than he has his entire I9 experience. Now he is able to take what he has learned through T3Lab and use it while playing with I9 Sports and I can see the huge difference. Coach Holden is an awesome coach. She brings skills out the kids that they didn’t even realize they had. She pays close attention to the needs of each player and works with them one on one. My son absolutely loves it and I would recommend it to anyone.

Coach Holden is by far an excellent coach. She is very knowledgeable about the game and each position. She motivates my daughter to do her best.
